If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will authorize an exchange or provide an online credit once we receive the returned item(s). Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your online order. We do not provide refunds.
To process an exchange, please send an email to customerservice@zipperon.com and include your order number and the reason for your exchange request. We will confirm the exchange within 2 business days and provide return instructions. Please note, you are responsible for the cost of mailing the returned item(s) to ZipperOn®. ZipperOn® will cover the cost of shipping the replacement garment(s).
If you would like to return an item but do not want an exchange, we will issue an online store credit by email once we receive the returned items.
All ZipperOn® garments returned must be in re-saleable condition (unworn, unwashed) with the original packing slip/receipt.
Defective Items
We stand behind our products.
If you receive a garment, which is defective or incorrect, email customerservice@zipperon.com. There is a 30-day exchange policy for defective items, and we will happily replace the item. Email customerservice@zipperon.com listing your order number, a description of the damage and attach a picture.
Return shipping costs will be covered by ZipperOn® for defective items.
Disclaimer
ZipperOn® uses YKK zippers because of their “impeccable production standards and thorough quality control processes”, including strength tests. Zippers damaged or broken from tampering, tugging, wearer or carer misuse deem the garment non-returnable.
Four zippers fasten at the neckline and ankles, converging at the crotch.
Open the front or back and leg zipper(s) as needed for easy dressing when seated or lying down. Close zipper(s) and you’re done.
For brief changes, or medical interventions, open as many zippers as needed, as far as required for easy access.
